An old boys' club and “fear factor” over reporting sexual harassment still exist in the City, UK politicians have been told, as they continue to probe sexism in financial services.
“There are big pockets of no progress whatsoever,” Baroness Helena Morrissey, chair of the Diversity Project, told the influential Treasury Committee on 17 October.
