Citigroup has hired a new head of equity capital markets in the US and shaken up the unit in Europe as it continues to bring in senior dealmakers.
Bernal J. Vargas III, known as BJ, is joining the bank as head of equity capital markets for North America, according to a memo seen by Financial News.
