Citadel hires Mifid II expert in Europe

Former KCG executive and FN100 woman will engage with policymakers at a critical time for Europe's trading landscape

Citadel, Ken Griffin's $26 billion alternative investing and market-making firm, has appointed one of the most influential women in European finance to a top regulatory post in the region.

The firm has recruited Virginie Saade as director of government and regulatory policy for Europe, a newly-created role that will see her engaging with policymakers a critical time for EU trading landscape.
