China Oil sues Goldman Sachs

China Aviation Oil, the Singapore-listed oil trading firm that collapsed last year under $550m (€413.3m) of derivatives-related losses, has filed a lawsuit for damages against Goldman Sachs' commodities arm.

The firm filed the writ, against J Aron & Company, in Singapore on Wednesday in relation to undisclosed problems related to the restructuring of its options portfolio.
