Stock exchanges around the world are battling for scarce initial public offerings, but the president of Europe's biggest equity trading venue says that high-growth companies are increasingly looking for access to capital globally.

Natan Tiefenbrun, the European president of Cboe, told Financial News that firms looking to list do not want to be tied to one jurisdiction.
