FX boss found guilty of £70m Ponzi-scheme style scam

The chief executive of a London-based FX trading firm has been found guilty of fraud on seven counts for running a fake company that acted like a Ponzi scheme.

Anthony Constantinou, who founded Capital World Markets, has been found guilty of a £70m foreign exchange trading investment scam after a “long-running and complex investigation”, according to a statement from the City of London police.
