Calyon, the investment banking arm of France's Crédit Agricole, has hired a managing director from Citigroup to boost its corporate coverage division after starting a recruitment drive last month in its mergers and acquisitions and derivatives teams.

Hélène Combe-Guillemet has joined the group as a senior banker in the corporate coverage division, reporting to its head Pascal Poupelle.
