Crédit Agricole Indosuez (CAI), the investment banking arm of Crédit Agricole, is planning to roll out its partnership with Lazard in equity capital markets (ECM) into the Italian market.
Marc Antoine Autheman, managing director of CAI, said in an interview with French financial newspaper L'Agefi that the firm was now looking at rolling out the business across Europe. "We will develop our partnership with Lazard in the Italian ECM, where both firms are very well established and where there are signs of a recovery in activity," he said.
