Brown Shipley, the UK banking and investment group, has appointed Richard Whiteley and Darren Carnell as investment directors as part of the reorganisation of its management structure.

Brown Shipley is a subsidiary of Kredietbank Luxembourg, the international investment bank, which has been expanding across Europe and building on Brown Shipley's presence in the UK via acquisitions and organic growth.
