BP banker leaves Morgan Stanley

One of the biggest names in oil and gas investment banking and a longtime adviser to troubled oil company BP is leaving Morgan Stanley.

Bob Maguire, head of European oil and gas and co-head of global energy at the US bank, is stepping down after 20 years.
