BofA Merrill continues DCM rejig with rival hire

Bank of America Merrill Lynch has hired the co-head of debt capital markets for Europe, Middle East and Africa from rival Morgan Stanley as it continues to reshape its fixed-income division in the region.

The US bank has appointed Giles Hutson as managing director in the Emea DCM team, focusing on emerging markets, corporates, sovereigns and supranationals.
