BlackRock’s iShares eyes ETF price comparison tool

Exchange-traded funds arm of the world’s largest asset manager is 'spec’ing out' potential Moneysupermarket.com offering for European ETFs and index trackers

BlackRock’s iShares division for Europe, the Middle East and Africa is looking into building a price comparison tool similar to Moneysupermarket.com to allow investors to compare the cost of various exchange-traded funds.

BlackRock, the world's largest fund manager, is "spec'ing out" what it would take to build such a comparison product, Rachel Lord, head of iShares for Emea, told Financial News.
