BlackRock hiring $175,000 a year ‘executive protection specialist’

New York headquartered asset manager is bolstering security for top executives and wants candidates with law enforcement or military experience to apply

BlackRock, the world’s largest asset manager, is recruiting a dedicated security specialist to accompany chief executive Larry Fink and other senior personnel in New York and on overseas business trips.

The $11.5tn asset manager has posted a advert on its website for the role, which pays between $140,000 and $175,000 a year, excluding an annual discretionary bonus and other benefits.
