JPMorgan chief executive Jamie Dimon should throw his hat in the ring to become the president of the United States, hedge fund billionaire Bill Ackman has said.

Ackman said Dimon has “superbly managed” the Wall Street bank through every crisis and is the best person to the lead the US, which is currently battling to prevent a catastrophic default on US debt repayments.
