Transport for London has cut the latest estimate of the benefits that its £700m Bank Station upgrade will have in the wake of the coronavirus pandemic.

Work on the project to increase capacity at the station by 40%, including by adding a new Northern Line tunnel, platform and circulation spaces, as well as a new entrance on Cannon Street, started back in 2015, and is due to be completed in 2022.
