BDO’s managing partner Paul Eagland said he is strongly committed to the firm's flexible working approach, in contrast to rival audit firm KPMG which is asking staff to return to the office.

BDO’s staff have been allowed to work flexibly since May and Eagland said the firm was committed to continuing to give staff the choice of where they worked.
