BC Partners eyes Synthon exit amid selling spree

The European private equity giant bought a majority stake in the Dutch pharma company five years ago

BC Partners has put Dutch pharma company Synthon up for sale as the European private equity giant presses ahead with a selling spree.

The planned exit is currently in a preliminary process, with Rothschild and Barclays appointed as financial advisers and Latham & Watkins providing legal advice, according to people familiar with the matter.
