Barclays is set to cut more than 200 jobs in its investment bank as the UK lender seeks to reduce the division’s cost base.

The bank is preparing to reduce headcount in the unit by around 3%, with cuts likely to impact its dealmaking, trading and research arms, according a person familiar with the matter.
