Barclays Capital, the investment banking division of Barclays Bank, has appointed Tom Zschach as director and global head of client technology.

Zschach joins from Credit Suisse First Boston in New York, where he was a director responsible for electronic trading and client connectivity for the securities division. He has also worked at Merrill Lynch and Lehman Brothers in New York.
