
Barclays, HSBC and Standard Chartered are among the FTSE 100 companies meeting government-backed board diversity targets — but progress remains slow in getting more ethnic representation to the top of UK business.
According to the latest update on the Parker Review — which sets UK blue-chips the target of having at least one ethnically diverse board member by 2021 — 31 of FTSE 100 companies still have all-white boards.
