Financial services firms are failing to dock pay from staff found guilty of discrimination, bullying and harassment, according to a landmark review by the City watchdog.

Revealing the results of a probe into non-financial misconduct on 25 October, the Financial Conduct Authority said “action taken following non-financial misconduct rarely resulted in remuneration adjustment”.
