Bank of England reappoints chief economist Andrew Haldane for the third time

Haldane will serve out his tenure as a member of the Monetary Policy Committee

The Bank of England has re-appointed its chief economist Andrew Haldane for his third three year term at the central bank.

Haldane will serve out his tenure as a member of the Monetary Policy Committee, which is in charge of any changes to the BoE’s interest rates.
