Balfour resurfaces as CEO of Glasgow Investment Managers

Glasgow Investment Managers, the fund manager with £720m (€1.1bn) in assets, has appointed Mike Balfour, former chief investment officer of Edinburgh Fund Managers, as its new chief executive.

Balfour joins next month as replacement for David Williams, who established Glasgow in 1986 and is retiring this August aged 60.
