Baker & McKenzie hires to London banking practice

Baker & McKenzie, the law firm, has added to its banking and finance practice group with the hiring of Sébastien Marcelin-Rice as a partner in London. Marcelin-Rice previously worked at Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer as a senior associate in the London banking practice. He focuses on sponsor and lender leveraged finance work, restructurings of leveraged credit and emerging markets financing transactions.
