Baillie Gifford names new CEO, as Andrew Telfer retires

Baillie Gifford veteran Andrew Telfer is to step down after almost 33 years with the Edinburgh-headquartered fund group, 13 of which he has spent as managing partner and chief executive.

Telfer, who joined the firm in 1992 as an investment trainee, will retire on 31 March 2025.
