Audit regulator puts questions to firms on bullying, sexual harassment

The audit regulator is asking firms how many of their senior staff have been involved in complaints ranging from bullying to sexual harassment as part of its crackdown of "non-financial conduct" issues in the sector.

As eyes turn to repeated failures to spot issues during major audits, top firms are also being asked about whether their internal standards and culture are up to scratch.
