Top jobs in UK asset management are still going to white British men, despite an industry-wide push to get more women and ethnic minorities into senior roles.

Women made up 39% of executive hires in 2022, compared to 52% for men, according to an Investment Association report. Gender for the remaining 9% was not disclosed.
