A&O Shearman posts $3.7bn in revenue following merger

A&O Shearman has reported $3.7bn in client revenue in its first full-year results since it was created through a merger last year.

In May 2024, Magic Circle firm Allen & Overy completed its tie-up with New York-headquartered Shearman & Sterling, creating one of the world’s largest law firms by revenue with almost 4,000 lawyers across 47 offices worldwide.
