Professional services firm Alvarez & Marsal had named Charlie Ditkoff as a senior adviser in the healthcare industry group, based in New York. Ditkoff is a former vice chairman and head of global healthcare corporate and investment banking at Bank of America Merrill Lynch. Over the course of his career he has specialised in investor-owned healthcare companies.
