German insurer Allianz will hold a 14% stake in the newly formed Commerzbank to emerge following the closing of the sale of Dresdner Bank to Commerzbank, Allianz said today.

Allianz previously planned to hold an 18% stake in Commerzbank following its sale of Dresdner Bank.
