Abrdn has appointed Alain Courbebaisse as chief technology officer within its investments business — the latest in a string of appointments made since Jason Windsor become chief executive of the UK-listed asset manager in September.

Courbebaisse has for almost the past two years worked as chief commercial officer within Interactive Investor — the retail investment platform Abrdn acquired for £1.5bn at the end of 2021.
