ABN and Exane BNPP gain second Pages Jaunes mandate

ABN Amro Rothschild and Exane BNP Paribas today sold €444m ($568m) worth of France Télécom's Pages Jaunes shares in less than two and a half hours.

France Télécom's Wanadoo, its wholly-owned internet subsidiary and the official owner of Pages Jaunes, was advised by Calyon and Morgan Stanley.
